If you submit flight deals or other content to Budgie, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display and distribute that content on the platform. You are responsible for ensuring that any content you submit is accurate and does not infringe third-party rights.
Some links on Budgie are affiliate links. When you click them and complete a booking, we may receive a commission from the booking provider at no additional cost to you.
Paid subscriptions are processed via Stripe. Prices are shown in CZK or EUR. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us at [email protected].
Budgie is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any losses arising from the use or inability to use the Service, including missed deals, booking errors, or third-party provider issues.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
